When we met S&I they had just bought a great apartment next to Arc del Triomf. Floors covered with wood but they had the intuition of having a little treasure under them, indeed, when we removed the wooden floors a piece of heritage appeared, there were wonderful encaustic tiles all over the apartment! After restoration and a few more renovations they own the long-awaited mediterranean apartment that allows them to escape from the cold Nordic countries whenever they want to!

Diane and her husband emanate light. Kind, nice and always with a smile on their faces, we loved them from the moment we met. The location of the apartment they liked was awesome, in the middle of Eixample, but it needed so many renovations they were not sure until we had that first meeting that encouraged them to go ahead with the purchase. We feel so lucky to have met them! The apartment is simply perfect, beautiful, a home away from home that welcomes them and their family with joy every time they decide to leave London for a few days :)
Frank's
Frank is simply amazing and we are so glad to call him a friend nowadays. His apartment located in Ciutat Vella is a "paradise away home", as he likes to call it. We unified two apartments in order to get this amazing penthouse that has 365 degrees views to all over BCN, a complete renovation and furnishing of the property. Thank you Frank, you allowed us to know you enough to create your dream apartment, I think we got it! He visits as much as he can, reducing distance between USA and Europe in every trip!

Marta is such a powerful woman, art passionate and with a Puerto Rican background. She owns an apartment in Diagonal that she wanted to renovate and get a much more modern layout, and that's what we did!
